Yunus of YT Plumbing Ltd is very highly recommended by me. My old boiler broke down, I had hot water but no heating, due to age I knew the boiler had to be replaced. Yunus came and quoted, and a date set for replacement. I became ill and had to reschedule. Unfortunately lock down came along . Yunus immediately contacted to explain he was going into self isolation. No heating was not an emergency for me and I was happy to wait and Yunus kept in contact. When restrictions were lifted, he was in touch immediately and a date set for replacement. He was punctual every day, and he explained everything he was doing. He worked so hard and was very clean and tidy. The work was completed on time,and he went through everything he had done. He showed me how to work the system. I am so pleased I was able to wait and have Yunus do the work. I will certainly use him for any other plumbing work I have. Yunus was polite, hard working and I highly recommend him.
